"Through the years it has become apparent to me, that the underlying theme in many American health challenges is the inability to relax or discharge stress. Our lives are moving faster than most of us can comfortably keep up with. Life is a mixture of fun, grief, excitement and challenge, often to the extreme. With very little time for processing, we hold our emotions and unreleased tension in our bodies. As a result symptoms of dis-ease or illness can develop. The basic premise of Oriental Medicine is simple: a balanced body can heal itself.

Whether you spend an hour, or the day with us, you will delight in absolute indulgence of the five senses. Oriental Healing Arts is designed for those times when a good night sleep just isn't enough. We would like to extend this invitation to you to make the healing tradition of the Orient an essential part of your life!"

"Healing will occur naturally in the human body if it is given what it truly needs, that is fresh air, pure water, exercise, sunlight, proper diet and rest."
