East Asian Body Work ~ Day Spa ![]() "Through the years it has become apparent to me, that the underlying theme in many American health challenges is the inability to relax or discharge stress. Our lives are moving faster than most of us can comfortably keep up with. Life is a mixture of fun, grief, excitement and challenge, often to the extreme. With very little time for processing, we hold our emotions and unreleased tension in our bodies. As a result symptoms of dis-ease or illness can develop. The basic premise of East Asian Medicine is simple: a balanced body can heal itself. Julie Keegan, L.Ac.,D.Msc. ![]() Our Spa Specialists are fully licensed and professionally trained above current State requirements. In addition each is personally trained in the Asian Bodywork techniques used in our Signature massage by Julie Keegan L.Ac., Dipl.Ac. Spa Packages include private room, aromatherapy and organic snack or lunch. Robe, and and foot coverings, eye pillow, towel, soap and shampoo are provided for you. We are happy to accommodate friends or couples together in a private room. Please ask for this special arrangement when making your reservations. "I have experienced the Day Spa and would like to say what a lovely experience it was! Everything about it was enjoyable and felt wonderful. I felt completely pampered and taken care of. The environment created was safe and nuturing. The massage was heavenly to the point I felt quite different afterwards, in a very positive way. My massage was a Christmas gift and I have "hinted" that I would love a repeat visit." --Linda Morgen

"Healing will occur naturally in the human body if it is given what it truly needs, that is fresh air, pure water, exercise ansunlight, proper diet, & rest." --Clayton
